CALENDAR OF EVENTS

July is Christian Education Month, and we will be Celebrating Our Youth. Our Readers are our Leaders. Let's read a book!

July 20th (Sun): Youth Singing in Red Shirts & Black Bottoms

· 9:00am-10:00am Free Breakfast w/ Pastor & 1st Lady Taylor (Ages 3-23)

· 3:00pm- Greater Mt. Moriah will host Greater Memphis Sunday School Congress. This will be at our church. Pastor Taylor is asking everyone to be with him for 1 hour. Refreshments will be served after Worship. 

July 26th (Sat) 4th Annual Blessing The Block & Feeding Needy

·10:00am-1:00pm FREE Back to School Backpack Giveaway. Food and Water Foam Fellowship with the children (Ages 3-12) at Gym Campus.  Please bring clothes that can get wet. 

· Remember to bring your supplies and place them in the Supply Box. Last day to donate is JULY 22, 2025. 

July 27th (Sun)- Youth Day Climax! Youth Explosion!

· Goal: $15,000- Each member is asked for a seed offering of $50. Let's help them meet their goal! 

· Black on Black Sunday- Black Shirts & Black Slacks or Skirts

· 10:20am- Children Church and Nursery will be in place

· Back to School Prayer for our Teachers & Students

July 28th (Mon)- All Teachers will return to school.

August is Women's Month!

GMMBC Women of Worship Goal: $25,000, Assessment: $150

August 3rd (Sun) Communion Sunday

· Speaker: Sis. Brenda Reeder, Colors: All White

August 10th (Sun)

· Speaker: Sis. Louella Buckner, Colors: Shades of Blue/White

August 17th (Sun)

· Speaker: Sis. Dorothy Peoples, Colors: All Pink

August 24th (Sun) Women's Day Climax

· Speaker: 1st Lady Charlena Taylor, Colors: Black/Yellow

August 31st (Sun)- 5th Sunday 'Bottles of Anointing Oil will be given out'

· Health & Wellness will present: Sis. Callie Britton, Sis. Cheryl Clayborn

(The library will be open every 2nd Sunday after worship)
